You will get copies of key documents early on in the process so that we can review them at your leisure; you will not have them thrust upon you just when you are about to make a counter offer, or accept an offer, on your home.
· Your Needs are All that Matter. Your needs are what comes 1st; you’ll never feel a conflict of my interests. My goals are met when my clients needs are met.
· Communication, Your Way. I communicate with you however you want – daily or weekly, over the phone or email
· Honesty. I don’t make up answers just to sound good to you. If I don’t know the answer to your question, I will tell you “I don’t know, I’ll find out”.
