If you are buying:
· Listening/Never Waste Your Time. I will listen to what you want/need – I won’t waste your time discussing or showing you homes that don’t meet your needs.
· Previewing. I will preview homes for you in advance and show you only the best 4-6 homes that meet your needs (unless you prefer a wider look, then we’ll go see the whole market together!).
· Perseverance. I won’t stop until we find you your ideal next home!
· No Surprises. I will walk you thru the legal process of buying a home. There is a ton of paperwork in buying a home. You will never have documents shoved in front of you with time pressure for you to sign. You will get copies of key documents early on in the process so that we can review them at your leisure; you will not have them thrust upon you just when you are about to make an offer on your new home and you are filled with excited and anxiety.
· Communication, Your Way. I communicate with you however you want – daily or weekly, over the phone or email.
· Your Needs are All that Matter. Your needs are what comes 1st; you’ll never feel a conflict of my interests.
· Honesty. I don’t make up answers just to sound good to you. If I don’t know the answer to your question, I will tell you “I don’t know, I’ll find out”.
The bottom line is that with Carolyn Jones as your Realtor, you can relax and focus on what you want in your next home. I will do all the behind the scenes work and will walk you thru each step that you need to take along the way.
